I keep getting closer and closer but this time it said

"File \i386\c_1252.nls could not be loaded
Error code: 32768

Dose that mean that something is wrong with the CD or HD?
And What dose that mean?

Thats the installatin folder on the CD, try cleaning the disc and doing it again.

Is that an Original Installation CD you are using at all?

Some copies have problems reading the files due to the format the CD has been written in.
