I don't agree with most of the above posts. Newegg OEMs are fine - it's the same as any other OEM. You get the part with no documentation or cables for a great price. Definitely go OEM...I've bought basically all my parts from newegg OEM (probably about 10 things, from DVD burners to RAM to hard drives) and they've been great.
Case honestly doesn't matter, that one looks nice but I've never heard of the manufacturer.
An 8800GTX is great, can't really go wrong there.
The E6600 is probably the best processor on the market right now considering price vs. performance. Definitely get it.
Silverstone PSUs in my opinion are the best of the best. Great choice there. It'll easily run dual 8800GTXs.
Get this hard drive instead. I had a very similar Caviar hard drive before, and it died in 4 months. I upgraded to this drive, and it's better in all regards. More stable, faster...etc.

That's a pretty good choice on the motherboard...
Do you really need the friggin LEDs on your RAM?? I don't think your case even has a window... This is basically the same thing for cheaper especially if you do mail in rebates:
