Cpu cooler

i am looking for a cpu cooler for a conroe e6700. It needs to be as small as possible, the size (in height) from motherboard to the top can be a maximum of about 3.5 inches or about 88mm in height. The widths and other dimensions are not as important but still need to remain fairly small. I was looking at this one

Idk how great that cools or if it is c2d compatible
