some upgrade help

hey guys im thinking of doing some upgrades soon but i want to reuse most my parts. im looking at this mobo

but i do not want to have to buy new ram yet. will the ram in my sig work alright on this board?
also if i decide not to upgrade to the core 2 just yet this will work with pent D right?

im not looking for a lot of space since any of my other files will be on an external drive or later a second internal.

yes, assuming your Pentium D runs on the LGA 775 socket
and if your not running SLI (i suggest you dont) then please diss that motherboard.

and the HD and case are both good.
