If it's through your browser, then it's probably your sound card. What sound card are you using?

If windows can't find anything online try this. I can't guarantee that these are the correct drivers though.

yeah, i tried to update the drivers, but windows said they were up to date already. Ill try the link and see what happens!

Integrated sound is the sound card that is built into the comptuer's motherboard. This is also called On-board sound.

Just as an FYI, both terms can be used for video as well.
