Bad comp troubles

i had a similar problem when starting up, it was solved by pushing my ram stick in all the way (yeah it was popped out on one side noob mistake)

It's your fan that makes that noise. You fried your motherboard.

well maybe the fan could be at the wrong hight i don't know and maybe its scratching the processor

A fan cannot scratch a CPU, nor the heatsink. You have nothing that can scratch a CPU, except sledgehammers.

i had a problem like this. turned out i fried the psu so i got it replaced
