ok, I'm new at all this computer stuff. recently i just bought a Alienware Aurora laptop. I had it all uprgaded on the factory site. i want to put in more memory and add better graphics cards. I have 2 slots for memory. I also want to upgrade the CPU. right now im looking to get this as the mother board to switch from DDR memory to DDR2

i want to try and get up to 4GB of memory for the laptop.
and im wondering which are the best graphics cards ? ATI radeons or SLI type video cards. if SLI which ones? i have dual cards in my laptop right now.
Dual 512MB NVidia® GeForce Go 7900 GS - SLI Enabled .

can someone help me in the right direction with possible selection.

For Upgrading Ram, There is a program you can use called cpu-z(google it) to figure out what type it is and how much RAM your laptop can take.

It is not possible to upgrade the video card on your laptop.
That mobo and processor combo is for a desktop.

ya your going to have to sticky with DDR ram just go onto alienwares website and find how much ram it can take.

taylor is right you cant upgrade your mobo period and either can you upgrade your video card. and 2 7900GS's in sli is GOOD ENOUGH for a laptop

and are you sure there sli'd cause ive never heard of sli for a laptop
