MotherBoard ?

I have an Asus P5N-E SLI MOBO. I'm buying a SoundBlaster Fatality Platinum, and it need a PCI 2.1 slot. Can this motherboard work with it? I tried researching it, but didn't find anything.

probably not going to catch on
i think u can use pciexspress or regular pci but don't quote me on that
just get a regular pci one
honestly if your board is above 150 in price the built in sound is probly just ass good.

Well the reason i need this soundcard is for recording. the tock soundcard i have is ok, but not meant for recording

And i don't think the one you chose is good for recording either. Look towards Auzentech.

you probably want to go with a professional series card. emu, creative also has a line, m-audio is popular too.
