First DX10 game, and price drops?

i wouldnt go for the 320 megg card
going to hurt u later in life
the 640 meg one is great

not if you use lower resoultions it wont. 320mb of ram is still a lot. most other good cards are 256 and there perfect for most mid to high range gamer

Yes, but I want to play in a higher reolution, 1680x1050. So wouldnt I need more Ram for that?

512MB is good enough for most. My X1900 XT has 512MB of GDDR3 and it works great.
