will i have enough power?

I ordered all the parts to my computer this friday so they should be coming sometime this week. These are the specs im wondering if my PSU will have enough power to power it all up.

Intel core 2 duo e6420
asus p5ne-sli
crucial ballistix 2gb pc5300
radeon x1950 pro
160gb sata hd
dvd burner

there are a bunch of reviews with people using this PSU and radeon x1950 pros and one reviewer says he is running an 8800gts and an C2D E6600. I plan on overclocking the CPU a little bit and possibly the memory but if im going to have a power problem i wouldnt. What do you guys think im really hoping i dont have to order another power supply considering im on a budget and this one came free with the case.

well, it's probably going to be ok. But the only way you are going to find out is to test.
But I would recommend that at some point you get a better psu.

yeah i was planning on upgrading when i upgrade to a directx10 card when they come down in price im just hoping this will hold me over until then.
