what we mean by blew is that the power supply broke. try another one in that computer.

My guess is the Power supply. But, it could have been the CPU, as CompMan said.

my vid card went bang(not literally)

plug your monitor into the default port, and reboot your pc

just a thought

Check your graphics card has not come loose or died , sometimes they can work free when they get hot, check your ram are seated correctly.http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html

my video card came loose one time i dont know how but it isnt PCI-E or AGP so it wasnt held in with the clip in the back which helps but they still can de seat themselves
