Help deciding on a baisc PCI-e graphics card

I've decided on the 3rd card aCb mentioned.
The hard drive just kinda died on it, so that needs to be replaced. I took a 400 watt power supply from a different PC that didn't need 400 watts and traded the 300 for that one. I also decided to upgrade the processor while I'm at it to a P4 3GHz.
I can make up the cost of this stuff from birthday money and selling my older 700 P3 and 600 Celeron systems once I get them up and running, along with a 1.7 Celeron maybe.

Future specs:
ASRock P4M890 (already have) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813157106
P4 HT 3.0GHz (will buy) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16819116027
512MB DDR 400 PC3200 (2x 256) (buy 256MB stick, already have 256) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820145478
Western Digital 80GB SATA (will buy) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16822135106
EVGA Geforce 7600GT 256MB (will buy) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814130062
400 watt power supply (already have)
CD-RW
DVD ROM

Is the P4 processor worth the extra money, or should I stick with the 2.8GHz Celeron? I was just thinking of selling the Celeron on craigslist after getting the P4. If I get the P4, how much might the Celeron be worth?

the 7600GT is a GREAT card to buy good price per dollar on it. i would buy it but i need more juice in my video card.

with that system you could even do some gaming like Doom 3 if your interested :D

BTW eVga is IMO the best video card manufacturer out there. once you get up to the better cards like the 7600GT the cheaper manufactures dissapear

just curious as to why you like evgas cards the best? the 7600gt is definatly a good pick definatly one of the best gaming cards for the money

Any comment on what I might be able to sell the Celeron for (2.8GHz)? I can't get any more info about it since the hard drive died on that PC so I can't use CPU-Z. If no comment, I guess I could try $50 and go down in price if it doesn't sell for awhile...

He's probably had several of them and had no problems with them. It's just like me, the only prebuilt PCs I will buy is HP because I have had no problems with any of the HP systems I've owned or used (except that I accidentally killed one, but it was my fault). I also like only Western Digital or Seagate HDDs, no problems with any of those HDDs I've had except that age got to some of them (the 1-4GB HDDs that is).

Not quite the same processor as mine is socket 478, but ok.

Keep which PC I have for something else? The one in my sig or the one I'm talking about? If you are talking about the PC I'm upgrading, it's only going to cost me maybe somewhere around $300 to upgrade, that's not that much, and it will have better specs than the PC my brother bought for almost $600+$70 vid card 1.5 years ago and mine has mostly brand new stuff, anything used I got for free.

I added it all up and it's around $330 in all that I will have spent if I buy from newegg. I think I'll shop on craigslist first to find something used, less expensive, and local so I won't have to pay for shipping... I can probably find a Prescott core P4 for cheaper, and I really don't need 3GHz, it's just the only Prescott newegg had. I got a good deal on a mobo/2.8GHz P4 combo on craigslist once, so I'm sure I can eventually find something.
