Outlook Express Backup how to

I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?

FAST should help you with this, thats the files and settings transfer wizard.
You can run this off your XP CD, its in additional tasks. Heres a guide for using it.

Thank you for your suggestions. I also found Outlook Express Backup Genie http://www.amicutilities.com/outlook-express-backup which does the job right and fast. I will try them out more and then buy one!

Why buy a program when the built in windows one can do exactly the same job, bit pointles IMO.
