Ram ?

I'm thinking I need better ram installed, so what's the best ram to buy for gaming? right now I have 3 PNY 1gig DDR2 667mhz. I'm not sure, but I think this is why one of the games I play seems to hitch quite a bit while playing sometimes on ultra graphic settings.

I would go at least DDR2 800. Corsair and G Skill are good brands. I know more, but I'm having a brain fart.

will I notice a difference between 667mhz and 800mhz ram?
