trying to find a good cpu(now that i know i need a new one =/ ) and theres are the 2 that looked ok (pentium D)

id say the 945 better clock speed other that that there pretty much the same

but y a P D ?? if you mobo is socket 775 and supports dual core technology and has 800Mhz max bus speed then y not get a core2duo ???

and if your board can handle 1066Mhz bus then you can get a E6400 ???

for cpu it mentions up to pentium D, pentium 4, and celeron chips...i have a celeron chip on it right now, so i definatly need to upgade if im gonna get that 8800 gts ive been looking at
