orchestra instrument help

I need to know some information, could some people please verify this:

violin- lowest note is g just below middle c, treble clef, not transposed
viola- lowest note is c one ocatve below middle c, alto clef, not transposed
cello- lowest note is c 2 octaves below middle c, bass clef, transposed?
bass- lowest note is e 2 2/3 octaves below middle c, bass clef, music is written one octave higher.
 
violin, viola cello and bass are all tuned to concert pitch, so I don't think anything needs to be transposed.

so far as the pitches go... goggling just confused things, as it's impossible to nail down what you actually say without being specific...
(I didn't know that there were 8 different types of Violin each with it's own scale range.)

yeah, I know they are all in the key of c, but guitar for example is 1 octave lower than its written.

That site helps a lot.
