I thinnk it is a bad link,With Vibe streamer it automatically picks the IP Address,And it's choosing my Network ip (10.1.1.2) not my Internet IP,So people out of my network cant acsess it,How can i fix this? or does anyone know any better programs to do this?

Is it a blocked connection? If its from school IPs will be blocked.

No its from Home,No IP's are blocked, some of my friends have directly connected to my (For File sharing and multiplayer games) computer through IP.Also i have put an exeption in Firewall for Port 8081.
