check out some other websites besides newegg because you may beable to find some parts cheaper. I usually use tigerdirect mwave newegg outpost zipzoomfly and buy.com

the integrated audio should be fine for your use but you could always get a cheap sound card.

I think it says I'll save $79.99 if I get it with the case. Since I'm not, it doesn t apply.

The cpu is a retail package so it will come with a fan&heatsink.
And in my opinion the integrated sound is good enough.

as for the parts, since you are getting a separate psu you might want to look into getting a cheaper case. Since that antec case comes with a 400W psu which of course increases the price.

well case is a lot about personal preference.
So go on newegg and have a look for yourself.
A few things to help you.
a) high price means great quality. That is why most of the antec and lian li cases are expensive, they are just so damn good.
b) You want at least one 120mm fan in there.
c) Since you already have a psu don't get a case with a psu, it will only make it more expensive.
