Computer

Scan it for viruses and spyware. Also try defragmenting your hard drive.

What are the rest of your computer's specs?

have you defragged at all since you installed those, thats probably the problem, lol thats lke 30GBs of data. what is the final size of all this?
you should defrag once every 2 weeks, and ANY big files you install immediatly after you do defrag.

are you sure you dont have viruses/spyware.... stuff can always creep into your computer and could be loading at startup. try posting a hijackthis log on hijackthis.de and running spybot, checking the startup items, etc.

maybe you have some faulty hardware. it shouldnt be running that slow, especially after a format

yea that usually slows down my pc a bit. not too much though. whats it slow at doing exactly.. everything?

Yes, if you have done all that i would suspect failing hardware too. I would start with somethign easy like running memtest on it over night since once it boots off the CD it requires no intervention from you.

I would also run seagates harddrive diagnostics (avalible here.)
