Anyway, I found a computer lying around outside (with no PSU or HDD) and it booted up with just a power supply. I haven't gotten it into Windows yet (I had a hard drive with 98 but it got a BSOD.) Good luck.

Yeah, I'd lean towards power supply then. Just test it with your other PSU, and if it still doesn't work it's most likely the mobo.

Most likely the PSU. When my D975BX2 died it would power on, just not post.
