I don't know what I did, but you know that blue bar that Microsoft Windows XP has on the bottom of the screen that shows the start icon and the list of programs that are running? Well, something happened and now it's showing vertically on the left. It's no biggie; it's just annoying. How do I reverse this?

That's called the taskbar.

- Right click the taskbar
- Make sure "Lock the taskbar" is not checked. If it is, click it to uncheck it.
- Click on the taskbar and drag it to the bottom of the screen where it originally was.
- Recheck "Lock the taskbar"

do u mean the whole taskbar is now running from botttom left of your screen the the top left ? if so you may need to right click it and untick lock taskbar then left click somewhere on the bar that does not have a program on and drag it down the the bottom
