Can't Access BIOS

Hi everyone,

i don't know what went wrong but tonight all of a sudden my desktop won't boot up and i can't even get into BIOS

my desktop is a Dell Dimension 4600C.

does anyone know what could be the problem?

Did you make any dramatic changes to your comp? Like install drivers or software upgrade hardware? You change the boot sequence?

Can't even get into your bios ?? what you mean is there no power even going into it ??

Can you hear fans going?
Any response from the monitor?
Any thing come on the screen at all?
What were you doin before it screwed up? (e.g: You were surfing net and you recieved a Blue screen, then installed an updated driver, and waited for the restart and it never did ??)

If you can answer the above questions we might get a better idea of whats happening.

Well, it could be a multitude of problems. Usually, I'd reseat the RAM. Something might of obstructed one pin and it probably needs a RAM reseat.

i wasn't doing anything, i used it and turned it off and at night when i tried to use it again it went like this..
