Chkdsk

looks like a budget one but still ok. just depends what you need it for. one thing i noticed is it can only support 2gb ram so not very future proof

I needed a mobo that supported 2700 RAM and a 478 intel celeron processor so I could just pop it in and go ( I wanted AGP, PCI-E really tired of PCI!)

yeah i got a hardrive at home that had alot of viruses so i reformatted it then installed xp and as soon as i installed my anti virus it found another virus and every day it finds more so i chucked it and bought this

its shareware you ull have to pay. unless you get a copy from the right sites. it looks like a good option provided you get a free copy. anyway im off. hope you get it sorted :)

Thanks for all the help!

since i didn't see an answer about your questionn about newegg i'll answer it. While i havn't used them myself (my first buy from tehre will be this summer) they are supposed to be the best. In all my searches they always have the best prices, and their Customer service is supposted to be the best.
