Help me buy a new PC?

The second one has a micro ATX (uATX). Unless you want the small form factor PC, I'd stay away from that.

But the processor in the second one is definitely a bit better.
 
Yeah, drop the D switch to something a little more reliable ( I have a D, it gets the job done) but you would find It loads beeter getting a Duo or a P4.

Pentium D is a Pentium 4 ???

and i would say the Pentium D is one of the highest range in pentium 4
