There are different form factors for motherboard sizes, but we cant help till you give use the details requested above.
 
yeah the processor swap should work the only other thing u should check is the bus speed supported by your mobo and the bus speed of your new processor
 
just take out the 1.8ghz processor, put the 2.0ghz in and put it back together.

the harddrive, all you have to do is put it in the computer, but dont take out the old hd.

get another stick of ram, if you have an extra slot. if not, take out the 256.

and get a new video card if you feel. 128 is not that bad, depending on the other specs of the card.
 
alrgiht ima try the proceesor and hd,
need to replace the 256 cause i only have 2 slots
