Need new power supply

I dled orthos here http://www.overclock.net/downloads/138142-orthos-v20060420.html and ran the CPU and RAM test simultaneously with the throttle monitor for over a minute. The CPU was being used up to the max, but there was absolutly NO throttling.

Just get a 600W power supply. I thought this thread had been resolved already.
