Big problem

I have a Dell Dimension 2350 and two days ago I reinstalled windows xp. The resolution is messed up really bad so I went to my device manger and I seen exclamations next to my Ethernet controller, Multimedia controller and Video controller. Please help me. I dont have my dell drive disc so how will I fix this problem and I tried searching for the drives on the dell website but I cant seem to find the drives on there. Thanks
