My internet won't let me search for it ( at school). just type the error codes in and search for the cause, if your ot sure what it means post it one here. What was the last thing that happened before all these errors happened?

Hi,
Thanx for getting back to me? the last thing that happened
was I was online the computer crashed rebooted Itself once
rebooted came up with all those errors. We did take it to be fixed no hardware/software problems, just viruses which
have now been sorted. The same thing happened again took it back no charge except for added memory. Same thing happened again sent e-mail with all the errors they
rang me this morning and suggested unplugging everything except monitor.keyboard, printer and speakers.
Its still crashing so I've got to get back intouch with them
on Monday to let them know whats happened Adela.

Hi Raffaz,
Thanx for getting back to me It seems very likely that the Haxdoor virus could
be the problem,I've sent your reply to the guys who are trying to sort out my computer. Can you tell me how serious this virus Is?,Im expecting a phone call
from the computer guy tomorrow so I'll find out what they think the next step is. Then I will let you know what course of action they want to take.
Thanx again for all your help. Adela.

Hi Raffaz,
The computer guy wiped everything off the computer
reinstalled windows XP plus service pack 2,AVG Antivirus,
and ccleaner and It hasn't made any difference It's still
crashing so now I haven't got a clue to what It could be have you got any Ideas what it now could be the problem?.
Please reply to this post Adela.

Hi Ace,
Thanx for the reply the last thing that happened when the computer crashed I was online I can't remember what I was doing but It just crashed and rebooted it's self. Raffaz
who also replied to this post suggested it could be a virus
called the Haxdoor. And the only way to get rid of this virus
is to completly wipe the computer. Then reinstall windows
XP along with service pack 2 that has now been done along with AVG Antivirus & ccleaner and that hasn't fixed the problem It's still crashing & rebooting. So now I haven't got a clue to what the problem now Is. Have you got any idea's? Adela.

Did the guy try running the computer with just the os installed to see if your computer was stable with no programs? if it is then its a program or driver confliction somewhere, if the computer is still crashing with just xp installed then you must have a hardware issue like bad hardrive or ram maybe. Hows the system temperature?
