My 2.93 ghz CPU is running at 2.13ghz?

hey so I downloaded the CPUZ program and heres is what I got

EDIT: So I guess I never noticed before but in the CPUZ program under the CPU core speed it keeps jumping from 1600mhz with a multiplier of 6x to 2133mhz with a multiplier of 8x... I dont think thats normal

as i could see in the pictures the voltage was only 1.144 try to increase this in the bios to around 3 volts. this may get the processor up and running.
 
Go into your BIOS, disable EIST or anything that has to do with it. And you should be on your way. It will run at 266 x 11 at stock speeds.
 
Dunno if this will help but I'll say it anyway.

Right click on your desktop
Go to screen saver and click on the power button.
Make sure the management profile is on ALWAYS ON

Its what I do for my AMD in XP
Changing from minimal power management and always on affects its uh.. power management.
