please help a lady in distress

can anyone please please help me, i keep getting a message when im going on sites saying "error on page" wots this all about??? and also a box coming up that says
"internet explorer script error" ????? how do i sort this out?, went on microsoft and was told to deleate cookies, history, ect ect which i did but didnt work

can anyone please help? as you can probobly tell aint gotta clu wot im doing

Try going into tools > internet options > advanced tab, scroll down and untick the disable script debugging (explorer) apply it. See if that helps.
