I'm not reading through the whole thread, but you gotta watch the PSU and the card.

That thing will EAT power like nothing.

My 7600GT is underpowered from my PSU by 30w.

We have nearly the identical computer. Check the rating on the PSU then what the card takes.

It will run regardless, but the thing is you wont get its full potential. Alvino and I came to that conclusion when I got my 7600GT and I was getting less frames then my friends computer.

Just watch it.

Yeah, make sure your video card gets the power it needs. It should run even under recommended wattage, but to be safe, always give it enough power. Especially if you're going to overclock it.
