How to join ISO files?

I downloaded Suse Linux Enterprise Server(SLES) and it contains 6 ISO files, but now my question is how can I join all these files to one image and then burn it to have a bootable DVD?

hmm...

well what i would do is get an ISO extraction program (like winRAR, which does rar and iso files) and extract all of them into a folder and then burn all the files to the disc, i think that would work

In the windows command prompt

copy /b 1st.iso + 2nd.iso + 3rd.iso fulliso.iso

Replace 1st.iso and 2nd.iso and 3rd.iso with the names of your iso's. Replace fulliso.iso with whatever you want your new fully combined iso to be

If this is anything like some of the other operating systems I downloaded, you simply cannot have each part seperate

I don't want to hijack your thread but I feel that it is better if I just ask my question here instead of making a whole new thread.
