Memory management help?

I keep getting this error a few seconds into BF2. I'm running vista x64 installed BF2 in XP SP2 compatibility mode. It will lock up and I get a blue screen saying Memory_Management error. What is this and how do I fix it? I've run extended memtest and I don't have any errors on my ram. I've got the latest catalyst drivers version 7.3 for Vista 64bit installed.

My money is BF2 just hates your Vista machine. Join the club, it hates mine, and couple thousand other peoples.
