Motherboard mount holes

I just bought a Biostar 6100 939 sockect board and was just about to mount the board into the case when I noticed that the screw holes didn't have the aluminum foil type material surrounding the entire screw whole, are some boards made like this now and should it be safe to mount the board in?

Yes, my board is like that. It is safe to mount it in.

Sometimes you get little plastic or paper washers to use with these, so if they came with the board then use them.
