Microdirect RMA time?

Does anyone know how long an RMA request takes to go through microdirect?

Never personally used them. Im not gonna name companies but i RMAd something back one time, and they sent the same one back, so take the serial numbers etc in case you have the same problem.

I use microdirect but I have a store right round the corner from me so when I had some faulty RAM I just took it back, exchanged it straight away.....without any problems
