Make HDD Boot Like CD

I have a laptop and I also have the Hard Drive bay so that i can put another Hard drive in where the optical drive is. So my question is, how would I make a Hard Drive like my ghost 10 disk so that when i insert the Hard Drive into the bay it boots Norton Ghost as if I had the disk in the optical drive.

You create boot disks for norton and then you can tell it where the image is.
