Bios Problem?

There fine, have you checked for viruses and malaware,

Im inclined to think this might be a hardware problem somewhere, like raffaz said erlier, a connection,something not quite pushed in RAM, GRAPHICS CARD, VIDEO CARD, or a driver/program confliction some where. you could try running a scandisk see if it comes up with some corrupt file on your harddrive.
Ive run out of ideas now.

Have you checked out your memory? Download Memtest86 and create a bootable cd. Boot from the cd and make sure your ram isn't giving you any errors.
