What are your guys thoughts on this spec.? Advice on anything, especially graphics card would be great:) And also importantly have i left ANYTHING out (need to sort out wireless later -dont worry about that)..:) thank you so much for your help so far guys

Looks like an awesome setup. One thing though, do you plan to overclock? pherhaps you could go for an aftermaket cpu sheatsink

Hmm that's a pretty nice build, you should consider a 8600GTS though, they're out on the market right now, just released today, DX10 fully capable.

i would wait for this whole build...haha

k10 is coming out gonna smoke core 2 Duo and the r600 is coming out as well gonna rape 8800gtx

i would wait man if ur gonna spend some cash then i would wait for the best to come out

even tho it will be out dated in 2 months :D

8800GTS/GTX is better but it's more expensive, the 8600GTS is meant to be Nvidia's line of mid range cards for Windows Vista's Direct X 10. I'd take a further look into Vista Home Premium, since XP will be obsolete very soon, it'd be silly to purchase a quickly phasing out OS.

Maybe its silly to buy a computer now, but Ive been waiting for a year now to make a computer (lack of funds)..and I only have a really bad laptop that wont play anything..so I kinda just wanna get in there and start playing:) I mean this stuff isnt going to go out of date anytime soon anyway...thanks for the advice though

Well as long as you're happy with your decision that's good enough for me, forums are here to help people out, not dictate people's decisions. :D that's an awesome build regardless, so have fun with it!
