Right from the start when I first turn on my computer I only have 50-60 percent of my Ram. The thing is I dont have any programs running. Nothings running in the backgound except what is needed to run windows. I have some music that I downloaded from limewire but if limewire isn't running that doesn't take up my ram does it? This is really bugging me I cant figure this out.
