How do I view deleted History/Sites on IE

I want to find out if my friend has been d/l stupid stuff(things with viruses) ans such while im sleeping, and i need a way to find out what hes looking at cuz i think he might have deleted it from the history.

try cookies. if the cookies are deleted, go to the recycling bin. most people dont realize that a cookie is a document, therefore when you delete them they go to the recycle bin. If that dont work, do a system restore.
