tahts true, to an extent. There are always those parents who do do their best, and do all the things good parents do, but they still have bad kids. One of my neibors is an example of taht. He's gotten everything taken away, can't go out with friends, no car, to tv, no everything, yet he still gets into loads of trouble at school.

in the case like that the parents should get support from the government /school or whatever , maybe doing lesons in school isnt the right thing for that child. if he has a low attention span then lessons will get boring then he will start casusing trouble as this gets rid of the bordom , they may benefit more from vocational learning like going on a work related learning where they learn the particular skills for a certain job , over in england there are courses like that for all dortd of things from plumber to mechanic and lots of other jobs , and it has been found some children /young adults cope better on them courses as they are more suited to the type of person and the way they learn

A few minutes ago on ITV there was a 14 year old girl who has set up a website to help victims of bullying, she did this after she had suffered years of bullying herself, she had got a grant of £500 to set up the site, & has had hundreds of hits, there was even a case of an 11 year old girl who was stripped & raped at knifepoint.
