x1950XT/pro if you can find them. They will outperform the 7950GT in shader intensive tasks like oblivion.

And to add on, nVidia drivers are in the shitter right now.

Yes, the X2900 will beat the 8800s and the prices will be competitive. So you don't have to worry. AMD is not stupid

Bah I know there isnt going to be any new cheap cards from ATI when the X2900's come out, I went for the 8800GTS. I just couldnt wait hehehe for 260 with rebate and a free game its a steal .

I was thinking of waiting for ATI's new line, but I just went ahead and got a GTS. I trust the company more, and it will give me the same performance for the money.
