Whenever I turn on my computer, this warning message comes up. I just click OK and the computer works fine. What is it and how can i fix it?

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS1\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

Thanks

Its a HTML Help ActiveX control (Hhctrl.ocx), part of microsoft. Are you running XP? If so then run the system file checker (you need your XP disc to do this). To do this, goto the run command and type "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes)
