Screwed up again

Screwed up again HELP

alright, so I went into the bios to look for the feature that would shut down the computer if the CPU temp got above a certain point... It didnt have that, the most it could do was give a warning...

at that time I also tried to overclock my ram using the overvoltage thing...

so I did +0.1V...

and so I rebooted and then when i did there was this sound that went like

beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

and kept the same pitch...

is this telling me i did something wrong? and how do I fix it?

HELP!! I need the answer quick!

If u have cmos reset button try that, otherwise take the battery out of the cmos and leave it for 10 minutes to clear the bios.
