Windows Processes

I remember of someone posting about a program that tells you what processes you need running on your pc and which u dont need? Would anyone know what program that is or a dl link?

im not sure of the program you are speaking of but all i would do is look up each process on www.fileresearchcenter.com and see what it is and if it's important.

could it also be hijack this??? it would be a streatch, but it shows what processes you are running so it could be....
