think i might have spam. need help.

when i open up task manager and go to processes there are a few wierd programs running in the background. some of what the task manager says are WLLogin Proxy.exe 65xyp.2.exe and wierd stuff like that. what should i do? when i use yahoo it logs me out and logs some wierd account in?

Best Antivirus is Nod32 IMO
Best Antispyware is Webroot

I find AVG Free Anitvirus and free AVG Anti-Spyware does a good job

for anti-spyware i would say use SpyBot Search & Destroy it does a great job and it kills the spyware too! and i don't have this but people say Norton Anti-Virus is really good too.
