I didn't notice the Biostar was out of stock. Sorry about that.

If you want to save a few bucks on the PSU, there's a 350W FSP Group PSU for $29.99 that should be enough to power that system.
 
depends on alot of stuff like no. of hardrive and cd drives graphics cards etc

but if u just want the basics hardrive cd drive mobo processor ram then u could prob do it with 250W or at a push 200W

keep in mind also that you will need proper amount of amps to run your PC i say 16A would do well you could probaly go as low as 12A if your lucky

may i also reccomend a different socket type AM2 will last a LONG time because they will be combatible with AM3 sockets too :D so you wont have to go out and buy a new motherboard. as i can see your on a tight budget which im always on too
