Video Resizing software

hey, well ive got an Archos 320 and i need some good software that'll let u resize the video to fit the screen, now its low res like 320x240 i think (not 100%) it can play higher res's like 640 etc but i think they said if its just to be played on the unit, then 320 looks best.

Does anyone know of any decent software thatll let me resize the screen size of a movie without degrading the quality too much?

Well Videroa Resizes it, and converts it to mp4.

Thanx i'll check it out, altho for the archos needs to be divx 5 max and in AVI format. Its so much easier converting stuff for the PSP.
