windows 98 and xp

i tried putting xp on an identicle hard drive but newly installed windows 98 and now that hard drive is like the slowest thing in the world. that is why i took that one out and put in the windows 98 one. and i have a pretty new windows xp laptop that i mainly use now i just thought it would be fun to try and explore windows 98.
