good webcams?

Hey guys, I was wondering what kind of webcam you would suggest for around $55 and under. I did some research and a lot of places are sayin that the Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX is a good bet. I basically want something that has streaming video ( I think that's the word, where there is no lag in audio/video). Thanks.

Seems like most webcams are averaging around 30fps
